Get to know Paige…

I am currently serving as an Instructor for SixFour3 (SF3) Softball, a group of state-of-the-art softball training facilities that provides instruction strictly for young girls throughout all stages of their athletic development. I teach all aspects of the game, including hitting, pitching, catching, and fielding skills. I work out of both the Ashburn and Manassas locations currently.

ARLINGTON SAGE TRAVEL PROGRAM - VARIOUS AGES

In addition to my work with SF3, I have been serving on the board of Arlington Girls Softball Association (AGSA) in Arlington, VA since 2022 as the Clinic Coordinator, and manage the website and registration for the Sage (‘B’ level) and Impact (‘A’ level) travel teams each summer.

Camps offered to AGSA members include age groups as young as 2nd grade all the way up to high school ages, and vary in skill level from beginner to intermediate.

I have an extensive coaching background working with various organizations across the DMV.

Check out some of the teams I’ve worked with since I began coaching:

Collegiate Coach

I am the former Head Coach and founder of the Division III softball program at Marymount University (MU) in Arlington, VA. I was hired in January 2021 to create the first-ever Saints softball team, slated to be a functioning unit by the upcoming fall semester. By the grace of God and some help along the way, I was able to recruit a full roster in six months during COVID.

Over the course of 3 seasons, I was able to acquire field space in Arlington County by building a relationship with Arlington Girls Softball Association and board members Steve Severn and Josh White.

In addition, through my oversight the program fundraised over $80,000, from 2021-2024. During that time frame the team received 9 All-Conference honors, including AEC Player of the Year Kaylynn Johnson (she also repeated as the AEC POTY in 2024).

In the first season of the program (2022), our team finished with a 16-25 record, including winning the inaugural game in the Triangle Classic Tournament, hosted by Charlie Dobbins in Raleigh, NC.

Check out some key highlights from my time at MU!

Salisbury University (SU) 2016-2019

During my time coaching for Salisbury, I got to see my alma mater's athletics department through a new lens. I played on the last year of the old field at SU, and got to watch Margie Knight Sea Gull Softball Stadium be built from the ground up in real time, including helping with oversight of the Honor Wall project.

Mentored by NFCA Hall-of Fame Coach Margie Knight

I worked for Coach Knight for 3 years after I graduated. She taught me so much about how to be an effective coach, including practice planning efficiently, fun warm up games, how to excel and push through both mental and physical limits, and more importantly, a championship mentality.

Coach Knight passed away in the summer of 2022 and I miss her greatly. Her softball knowledge lives on in many generations of Sea Gulls across the country!
